Walter Franklin Prince, a parapsychologist, was born in Detroit, Maine in 1863 and died in Boston, Massachusetts in 1934. He was graduated at the Maine Wesleyan Seminary in 1881, received the degrees of A.B. in 1896 and Ph. D. in 1899 from Yale, and that of B.D. from Drew Theological Seminary in 1897.
